To complete Level II and Level IV in the Cadet Program, Cadets must complete an Essay and Speech requirement. When properly scored, this requirement is very difficult for Cadets to complete unless they have adequately prepared for it.

The Rome Composite Squadron has developed a training class to aid cadets in preparing for their essay and speech requirements. This class is offered as required and takes approximately four hours to complete.

Speech and Essay training is based on Air Force Handbook 33-337, "The Tongue and Quill". *NOTE* 6.5 MB PDF file - High speed internet connection recommended.
